1 cup refined coconut oil
1- 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 cup cacao chips or chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice
1 pinch pink salt
1 pinch cayenne
1/2 scoop vanilla bean Smoothie life
1 full scoop chocolate velvet Smoothie life
Optional ( I added trail mox to mine) (pumpkin seeds,raisin,cashew,walnut)
Melt everything in a pan on low heat until creamy and well mixed.
Pour into small cup cake tines lines with wrappers
Place in the freezer for 2 hours
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Makes 12 Cups
